“When I originally created ITOL I wanted to amplify the voices and stories of underrepresented individuals in film, and I feel now that I want to use the power and the reach of the site to bring the attention to on-going fights/struggles of the feminist movement. Film is perhaps the most powerful art form of our time and I believe that we can explore and focus on many important topics/issues that are at the fore centre of our society through our discussions/analysis of certain films.”
